Shipping & Delivery
We do everything we can to deliver your order to your home as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all the information about shipping, delivery, and receiving your package.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days (during holidays or around public holidays this may take longer, please keep this in mind)
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email
If you have not received a tracking link within 7 days after placing your order, please contact us at customerservice@crispsheets.com
Pre-orders
Sometimes we offer products as pre-orders. This means the item is not yet in stock but can already be ordered.
- The expected shipping date is always listed on the product page, and you can find all information about your pre-order on the Pre-order Info & Update page
- Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available
- If you order a pre-order together with other items, the order will be shipped once everything is complete
- Would you like to receive other items sooner? Please place separate orders
Shipping & Delivery
We work with reliable shipping partners:
- Shipping within Europe via DHL, DPD, and GLS
- Outside Europe via DHL Express
After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code so you can easily follow your package. Please keep an eye on the tracking link for the latest updates, we see the same information as you can see.
Not home at delivery?
- The courier will attempt to deliver the package again (usually the next day)
- If the second attempt is unsuccessful, you will be notified
- You can then collect your package from a nearby pickup point
Package not received?
We’re sorry to hear that and are happy to help.
- Please contact us within 14 days after the indicated delivery date via: customerservice@crispsheets.com
- Clearly state your order number and the issue
- We will start an investigation with the shipping carrier as soon as possible
! Please note:
- Reports made more than 14 days after the delivery date cannot be processed
- The shipping carrier will no longer be able to start an investigation
- It is therefore important to report this as soon as possible
In many cases, the shipping carrier can confirm that the package has been delivered (for example, with proof of delivery), but it may have gone missing afterward, for instance due to theft from a garden or shared space. In such situations, neither the carrier nor Crisp Sheets can be held responsible, and we cannot offer a replacement.

Netherlands
> Free shipping on orders over €150
> €5/€6 for orders under €150
Europe (EU)
> €10 – €20 per order
Outside Europe
> From €40 per order
> Please note: any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We deduct VAT from the total amount for non-EU orders.
Please note: some larger or specific products are only shipped within the EU.
Receiving Your Order
- The risk of damage or loss remains with us until the moment of delivery
- Please check your order upon receipt
- If something is wrong (damaged or incomplete), please contact customerservice@crispsheets.com as soon as possible
Important Information
- All prices include VAT
- You will always receive an order confirmation and tracking by email
- Orders are shipped in one parcel whenever possible
