How quickly will my order ship?

Delivery within 1 to 3 working days

We strive to send the products within 1 to 3 working days after your order has been confirmed. We can guarantee that your order will be shipped within 30 days at the latest, unless a later deadline has been agreed.

Our products are shipped via DPD. Shipments to countries outside Europe are shipped via DHL Express.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will be notified by e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a track and trace code, with which you can track the package.

If you are not home when the order gets delivered, DPD/DHL Express will try to deliver the order the following day. DPD/DHL Express will try to deliver the order twice. If DPD/DHL Express is not able to deliver the order for the second time, you will receive a note from DPD/DHL Express. With this note, you can pick up the order at the nearest post office.

The risk of damage and/or loss of the ordered product lies with Crisp Sheets until the moment of delivery, unless this has been explicitly agreed otherwise.

What are the shipping costs?

Netherlands: Shipping costs are 5,00 euro and free shipping for all orders starting from 150,00 euro.

European (EU) countries: Shipping costs are 10,00 euro per order. For heavy orders; like quilts and furniture the shipping costs are 20,00 euro per order.

Other countries: Shipping costs are 40,00 euro per order. Shipping costs for the Philippines are 55 euro per order.

Customers based outside of the EU:

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received in your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods. All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

Crisp sheets can not be held accountable for any charged taxes or duties. We try to compensate this to you by offering TAX free shopping to our non EU customers.

Please note that if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Are there products that can't be shipped outside of The Netherlands?

Unfortunately we do not ship quilts 240x220, down pillows, down duvet and bedside tables international.

Is VAT included in the price?

All prices shown on crispsheets.com include Dutch VAT. We offer TAX free to our non EU customers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Ideal, Paypal, Credit Card, Klarna, Sofort banking and Direct bank transfer.

Where and how are Crisp Sheets made?

Our bedding is made in Turkey and Portugal. As your health and the health of employees of our suppliers is very important to us; we work with Oeko-Tex and BSCI certified suppliers. This means that there are no harmful chemicals used within the proces and making of our bedding. And the working environment of our suppliers are carefully checked, screened and evaluated by the BSCI committee on a yearly base.
