Our Fabrics

Crisp is a lightweight cotton fabric with alternating crinkled and smooth vertical stripes that never needs ironing. Its name comes from the Persian phrase shir-o-shakhar, meaning “milk and sugar” for the alternating textures. The textile is made of cotton woven on a loom with threads at different tensions. The fabric feels soft and crispy and makes a freshly bed at all times. Being breathable, it is perfect for year-round use.

100% seersucker cotton. Thread count: 154 TC.

Made in Turkey. The factory has the following certificates: BSCI member and OEKO TEX STANDARD 100.

The Smooth Waffle combines softness and freshness thanks to an innovative weaving technique, ensuring that the soft feel remains crisp, as if you’ve just made your bed. The Smooth Waffle differs from the ‘original’ Crisp. The Smooth Waffle is made from cotton sateen (200TC), whilst the Crisp is made from cotton (154TC). In addition, the Smooth Waffle has a wider ‘Crisp texture’ than the Smooth Crisp and the ‘original’ Crisp. Manufactured in Turkey, Oeko-Tex and BSCI certified.

The Waffle Snow White combines softness and breathability thanks to an innovative weaving technique, ensuring the fabric maintains its crisp character while offering a smooth and comfortable feel. The Waffle differs from the ‘original’ Crisp by blending the airy structure of a waffle texture with the softness of a higher thread count fabric. The Waffle is made from 100% organic cotton (200TC), whilst the Crisp is made from cotton (154TC). In addition, the Waffle Snow White features a subtle waffle texture that enhances airflow and comfort, while maintaining a calm and fresh appearance. Manufactured in India, Oeko-Tex and GOTS certified.

Organic Cotton. Thread count: 200 TC.

The Stripe combines freshness and comfort thanks to a fine percale weaving technique, ensuring the fabric feels light and breathable while maintaining its crisp character, as if you’ve just made your bed. The Stripe differs from the ‘original’ Crisp through its timeless striped design and slightly softer, more refined feel. The Stripe is made from 100% organic percale cotton (200TC), whilst the Crisp is made from cotton (154TC). In addition, the Stripe features a light, matte finish and an airy structure that enhances comfort throughout the night. Manufactured in India, Oeko-Tex and GOTS certified.
