Pre-Order Info

Keep an eye on this page for the conditions, latest information and updates regarding your pre-order (item). 

• Orders containing a pre-order item will initially be shipped in full, once the pre-order item is in stock and ready for dispatch. We’ve chosen this approach to avoid unnecessary extra shipments – which would result in additional costs and environmental impact. Sustainability is important to us, and we aim to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible.

• Would you like to receive the items that are available from your order in the meantime anyway? Please send an email to customerservice@crispsheets.com including your order number. For this additional shipment, we charge the same shipping costs as applied to your original order or the standard shipping rates applicable to your country. These costs will be requested via a payment link. Once the payment is received, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Once your pre-order item is available and ready for shipment, you will receive a new tracking link.

• In the exceptional event of a delay in the delivery of the stock of the pre-order items, resulting in a later delivery than expected, we will keep you informed via this page and by email.
