Returning your product is easy. If you're not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to send us the purchased Crisp Sheets order back.

We do not offer exchanges.

Returning

If you wish to return your order and you are living in the EU, then click on the following link: https://crisp-sheets.returnles... . Enter your order number and e-mail address here and create your return. This is where you immediately pay for your return label. You can always email us at customerservice@crispsheets.com if you have any questions about this.

Returns are at your own expense, so we do not provide shipping/return labels.

We endeavor to ship all items that you have ordered in one shipment. When this is not the case, the 14 day period starts after receiving the last item. Crisp Sheets will give you a refund within 14 days after the item(s) have been processed by us of all amounts paid to Crisp Sheets. The refund will include the costs for standard shipping if the entire order is returned. Please note: we are not responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Your refund will be issued through the same means of payment used during the purchase.

Returned items should be returned in their original Crisp Sheets packaging. Washed products will not be accepted. Please note that if the returned item has decreased in value, for reasons other than to carefully determine whether the item fits, for instance when the item has been used, then you are liable for such decrease in value.

When your item is delivered faulty or damaged please notify us within 48 hours from date of receipt. You can send us an email to customerservice@crispsheets.com. We will contact you about the return policy.
