Returns & Exchanges

Returning your product is easy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your Crisp Sheets order.


Return Period and Refunds

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order (or the last item in case of split shipments)
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection
  • Refunds include standard shipping costs if the entire order is returned
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

If the item has decreased in value due to use beyond necessary inspection, you are liable for this decrease in value.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.


Important: Check Your Item Before Returning

Before sending your item back, you must carefully inspect it.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Washed products
  • Products containing animal hair
  • Products with a bad smell (indicating use)
  • Products without the attached barcode label

Important information about the barcode label:
Each item is shipped with a barcode label attached to a black pin. It is not possible for an item to be shipped without this label, as it must be scanned before it can be processed and shipped.
> If your item does not have a barcode label, it could not have been shipped that way.

What to do if one of these issues applies:

If your item falls into one of the categories above, do not return it immediately.

  1. Take clear photos as proof
  2. Email us at customerservice@crispsheets.com
  3. Wait for instructions 

If the item is still returned without sending an email to us and does not meet the above conditions, we will not be able to reimburse the return costs.


> Returning Inside the EU

Steps:

  1. Start by checking your product according to the points listed above; see the heading above: Important: Check Your Item Before Returning
  2. Take and save two photos: 

    1) a photo of the inside of the package showing the label(s) attached to the item(s)

    2) a photo of the properly packaged package

    We may need to request these photos if there are any issues with your return.

  3. Go to: https://crisp-sheets.returnless.com/en 
  4. Enter your order number and email address
  5. Create your return (sometimes it takes a few days for your request to be approved because you’re returning the item outside the return period, but that’s no problem. Wait patiently!)
  6. Pay for your return label (returns are at your own expense)
  7. Pack your item in the original Crisp Sheets packaging or another undamaged cardboard box (NO (plastic) bag or weak packaging)
  8. Send your return

> Returning Outside the EU

Steps:

  1. Start by checking your product according to the points listed above; see the heading above: Important: Check Your Item Before Returning
  2. Add a note inside your parcel including:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Order number
    • Product names and sizes
  3. Take and save two photos: 

    1) a photo of the inside of the package showing the label(s) attached to the item(s)

    2) a photo of the properly packaged package

    We may need to request these photos if there are any issues with your return.

  4. Pack your item in the original Crisp Sheets packaging or another undamaged cardboard box (NO (plastic) bag or weak packaging)
  5. Ship your parcel to:

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours after delivery
  2. Email customerservice@crispsheets.com
  3. Include clear pictures & description 

We will assist you with the return process.
